Position Overview
The Global Clinical Supplies Digital Transformation Leader will deliver high-impact digital initiatives in support of the GCS digital roadmap, owning strategy and execution for specific roadmap pillars and translating strategic vision into operational reality. Collaborate with IT teams, GCS business leaders, DSCS Digital Technologies, Global Clinical Trial Operations, and external vendors to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and at scale.

Primary Activities
- Lead execution of critical, high-priority digital initiatives in the GCS digital roadmap.
- Drive project delivery from business-case development through implementation and hypercare.
- Orchestrate matrix teams (GCS business experts, Enterprise IT partners, data scientists, external software vendors) to deliver digital capabilities aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate change impact assessments and end-user adoption strategy; ensure GCS teams are trained and equipped.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure user adoption, process efficiency gains, and ROI.
- Ensure GCS-owned systems comply with applicable GxP requirements (if applicable) and contribute to SDLC deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 10+ years progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/highly regulated manufacturing.
- 5+ years hands-on experience leading major technology implementations/digital transformation in clinical supply chain/clinical operations/pharma supply chain.
- Track record delivering complex digital projects using Agile/Scrum or waterfall; preferred ERP (SAP), RTSM/IRT, or advanced data platforms.
- Ability to influence cross-functional business and IT stakeholders without direct line authority.
- Strong GxP knowledge, CSV practices, and pharmaceutical data privacy standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s or MBA.
- Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Prosci).
- Experience delivering AI/ML pilots or RPA in clinical environments; clinical supply planning systems experience.
