Director, Digital Process & Data Analytics, Global Data Management and Standards - Hybrid

Role: Lead the Operational Reporting & Insights function within biopharma, shaping strategy and driving adoption of advanced analytics and reporting technologies across multiple geographies. Responsibilities: define and govern clinical and operational reporting standards, develop scalable solutions, surface portfolio-level insights, and enable data-driven decision-making; oversee change management and stakeholder engagement; build team capabilities, mentor staff, and manage budgets; ensure compliance with GxP and data governance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or related field; 10+ years in relevant biopharma or healthcare data roles, with at least 3 years in people management; expertise in BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, ThoughtSpot), clinical trial data, and analytics platforms; strong communication and leadership skills.
