Role: Lead the development and implementation of AI compliance and digital trust strategies within a highly regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: partner with Legal, IT, R&D, and other divisions to create governance frameworks, policies, and risk assessments for emerging AI and digital technologies; oversee technical controls, incident reporting, and third-party due diligence; monitor evolving AI regulations and ensure internal compliance; serve as a trusted advisor on responsible AI deployment. Qualifications: B.A./B.S., with 10+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory roles, preferably within life sciences or healthcare; deep knowledge of data protection laws, AI risk management, and governance; experience leading cross-functional compliance programs; certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or AI-specific credentials preferred. High-Value: focus on responsible AI, digital health solutions, advanced analytics, data-driven initiatives, and regulatory compliance in a global, highly regulated biopharma setting. Work Setup: hybrid model with circa 10% travel; reporting to Chief Privacy and Digital Trust Officer.
