Director, Data Science - Hybrid

Role: Lead enterprise-wide data science strategy and governance within biopharma, focusing on analytics, automation, and AI/ML applications to support clinical and digital health objectives. Responsibilities: develop and oversee data enablement strategies, create KPIs and dashboards, advise leadership on analytical insights, ensure scalable and compliant automated data pipelines, promote emerging technologies, and mentor analytics teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 8-10+ years of relevant experience; expertise in analytics governance, data architecture, automation, AI/ML, and programming (Python, R, SQL); strong knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM) and GxP/regulatory compliance.
