Director, Data Science - Hybrid

Role: Lead enterprise data science strategy and governance within biopharma, focusing on analytics, automation, and innovative methodologies across multiple therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and execute data enablement strategies, establish analytics KPIs and dashboards, guide the adoption of AI/ML technologies, ensure regulatory compliance of data pipelines, and promote organizational analytics maturity. Lead cross-functional collaborations with clinical, data management, and IT teams; mentor analytics staff; and drive organizational change for digital adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields; 8-10+ years’ experience with large datasets, statistical analysis, programming (Python, R, SQL), and data visualization tools; deep expertise in analytics governance, automation, AI/ML, and clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM). Preferred: experience in clinical operations, digital health, or real-world data. High-value: enterprise analytics leadership in a biopharma setting, supporting digital health and clinical trial data integration, with a travel requirement of approximately 25%.
