Role: Lead enterprise data science strategy and governance within biopharma, focusing on analytics, automation, and AI/ML applications across multiple therapeutic areas. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences), with 8+ years (or 10+ with Bachelor's) of experience working with large datasets in a biopharma or healthcare context; expertise in analytics governance, automation, AI/ML, programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data standards (CDISC, SDTM). Preferred: experience in clinical operations, digital health, and enterprise data transformation. High-Value: supporting data strategy for clinical and real-world data, with emphasis on scalable, compliant analytics ecosystems.
