Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions across business units.
- Be prepared to engage in hands-on work to support team and data science initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across platforms and services.
- Drive innovation by staying current with advancements in generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Champion exploration and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies (especially generative AI).
- Serve as a key liaison between the US commercial team and the India-based data science team.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art foundation models and emerging data science trends.
- Inspire culture change with a β€œcan-do” attitude and encourage experimentation and best-practice adoption.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of data science experience (6 years in pharmaceutical industry preferred).

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Experience building and deploying scalable machine learning models using cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, foundational/LLM models, statistics, and recommendation systems.
- Deep knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Cohere) and real-world applications.
- Hands-on ability when necessary.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with digital channel selection for β€œnext best action.”
- Excellent problem-solving and communication; ability to work across time zones.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary expected to range from $194,600 to $361,400 per year; performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on level).
