Role: Lead Pfizer's CX Research efforts focusing on AI adoption within a regulated industry, owning the research agenda and evidence for AI platform effectiveness and trust. Responsibilities: build and mentor a research team; design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, including user interviews, usability testing, and experiments; analyze telemetry and behavioral data; develop AI-enabled research methods and continuous feedback loops; evaluate emerging AI research tools; define enterprise-wide metrics for AI and colleague experience; collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunity areas; monitor industry trends and translate insights into strategic initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in a human-centered or behavioral field; 8+ years in user experience or behavioral research; 2+ years in leadership; proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research, telemetry analysis, and tools like Python, R, Qualtrics, SPSS; experience in life sciences or regulated sectors preferred.
