Director, CX Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead

Role: Lead a team in developing and overseeing enterprise data platforms within Jazz's Customer Experience Operations, focusing on data mastery, management, and compliance to support global biopharma initiatives. Responsibilities: set technical strategy, create scalable architectures, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance; collaborate across functions to align data infrastructure with business needs; develop high-performing teams; oversee enterprise data governance and security. Requirements: Bachelor’s in a technical field; 10+ years in data engineering or enterprise platform delivery, including 3+ years in leadership roles; experience designing large-scale digital platforms supporting master data and analytics; strong knowledge of cloud data services, data integration, enterprise architecture, and GxP/regulatory standards in healthcare or pharma industries. Preferred: advanced degree, pharma or healthcare experience, and familiarity with product-based operating models; willingness to travel 10-20%.
