Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for Data Enablement & Platforms (Customer Experience Operations), ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliant workflows across the enterprise.
- Create and execute value-focused technical roadmaps; translate product roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans.
- Own budget/resource allocation; manage vendor partners and ensure quality delivery.
- Lead and develop Technical Leads for: centralized data mastering (HCP/HCO/payer/patient/product), data stewardship across domains, and standardized data products.
- Serve as primary technical point of accountability for data master domains; ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate integrations/architectural decisions across data master/management platforms and downstream systems; resolve cross-team issues.

Required Knowledge/Skills
- Enterprise data/platform architecture; cloud-based data services and scalable reusable engineering frameworks.
- Experience designing secure, reliable, compliant enterprise data platforms (pharma/healthcare).
- Data integration patterns/APIs and data product architectures for governed data flow.
- Enterprise data mastering/MDM, identity resolution, and embedding consent/preference management.
- End-to-end data stewardship operations; Agile/product operating model experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- 10+ years (after bachelor’s) or 8+ (after master’s) in data engineering/technical architecture/enterprise platform delivery.
- 3+ years managing developers (Tech Lead/TpM/EM).
- 6–8 years leading people.
- Ability to lead technical architecture in complex matrix/global orgs.

Preferred
- Advanced degree; pharma/healthcare experience; product-based operating model; rare disease/specialty brand experience.

Working Requirements
- 10–20% travel.

- Base pay range: $188,000–$282,000.
