Key Responsibilities:
- Create and steward the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery for CRM capabilities/functions (e.g., Customer Engagement, Platform, Medical).
- Drive CRM product innovation by adopting advanced CRM technologies (including AI) to optimize engagement and deliver actionable insights.
- Gather and translate CRM requirements into system and process improvements using technology, analytics, and best practices.
- Deliver product management excellence with disciplined execution, predictable/high-quality releases, and continuous improvement.
- Transform business processes by analyzing gaps and designing/implementing/scaling data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to secure input, feedback, and alignment on CRM initiatives.
- Ensure governance and compliance so CRM initiatives meet regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Build and develop high-performing teams (recruit, mentor, lead Product Owners; manage dependencies).
- Drive change enablement by aligning stakeholders, identifying risks, and removing barriers.
- Evangelize the CRM strategy and communicate impact across the organization.
- Optimize CRM investment (prioritize initiatives; conduct build vs. buy analyses; maximize value).
- Maintain industry awareness of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and sector best practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.
- Proven success leading large-scale CRM transformation (delivery, change management, UX, governance, communications, risk/compliance mitigation).
- 7+ years in product management/technology strategy/innovation/leadership (pharmaceutical/healthcare/CRM preferred).
- Deep understanding of CRM landscape: Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Core), Veeva, and ecosystem players.
- Deep expertise in CRM, AI, and data platforms/architectures (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake, data lake technologies).
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry (regulatory requirements, market dynamics, emerging AI).
- Experience managing product management teams (backlog health/prioritization, agile practices/ceremonies, strategic innovation).
- Excellent leadership and communication; ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- People management experience in CRM/AI/technology/data-driven environments.
- Ability to foster cross-functional alignment for a global, commercial CRM strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
