Director - CRM Agentic Solutions

Role: Director leading cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Salesforce CRM and Agentic AI solutions within AstraZeneca's digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: define technical vision and architecture, hands-on solution development, implement Generative and Agentic AI capabilities, guide offshore teams, ensure scalable and compliant solutions across US and global markets, and align technical efforts with business needs. Manage stakeholder relationships with Commercial and Medical teams, ensuring high-quality, secure, and regulatory-compliant products. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or related field; 8+ years in software engineering or CRM architecture; 3-5 years in leadership roles; deep Salesforce expertise, including Life Sciences Cloud; experience with Generative AI and cloud platforms (AWS, Bedrock, Databricks, Snowflake); familiarity with pharma commercial/medical workflows and regulated product delivery. Preferred: experience with ML/AI product management, enterprise cloud architecture, and AI integrations with CRM.
