Role: Senior strategic advisor leading high-priority, cross-enterprise strategy initiatives at Illumina, focusing on growth, innovation, and market positioning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, sciences, or related field; 15–18 years of experience, including 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, with 3+ years advising C-suite executives, and 3+ years leading cross-functional strategies. Skills: advanced analytical, financial, problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities; experience applying AI tools in strategy work; strong influence and leadership without direct authority.
