Director, Corporate National Accounts - East

Role: Director, Corporate National Accounts, leading strategic payer engagement and account management for a biopharma focused on epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT) for food allergies. Responsibilities: develop and execute payer account strategies to optimize formulary positioning, reimbursement, and coverage for Viaskin Peanut; build executive relationships with national payers, negotiate contracts, and communicate clinical and economic value of the product; collaborate with cross-functional teams (HEOR, medical affairs, contracting, patient access) to support pre-launch and launch activities; monitor market access dynamics and inform brand strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in biotech/pharma market access or related leadership roles; strong negotiation, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in specialty outpatient account management, contracting, and health economics; proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, pre-commercial environment.
