Director, Corporate Counsel - Collaborations & Contracts

Role: Serve as legal counsel for Regeneron's manufacturing division (IOPS), supporting business development and strategic transactions. Responsibilities: draft, review and negotiate agreements including licensing, M&A, supply chain, and manufacturing contracts; advise internal clients on compliance, intellectual property, regulatory, and transactional matters; collaborate with Law Department teams on corporate deals; oversee external counsel; develop expertise in manufacturing operations and third-party relationships. Requirements: BA/BS and JD with top-tier credentials; 8–12 years' relevant experience; active New York bar or eligible for in-house counsel licensure; biotech/pharma experience preferred, especially in licensing, IP, GMP regulations, and corporate transactions involving manufacturing and supply chain.
