Role: In-house transactional attorney supporting 4DMT's biopharma operations across preclinical to commercial stages, with a focus on contract management and risk mitigation. Responsibilities: draft, negotiate, and review clinical trial agreements, vendor and supply contracts, technology transfer, and manufacturing agreements; advise on clinical trial documents, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and legal risk; support external communications and develop legal policies; oversee contract lifecycle management and outside counsel. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school; 8+ years legal practice, including 5+ years in-house within the life sciences or biotech sector, preferably at a publicly traded company; experience with clinical trial and manufacturing contracts, regulatory laws (FDA, GxP, HIPAA), and global trial support; strong negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills. High-Value: biotech/pharma, clinical trial agreements, technology transfer, manufacturing, GxP, FDA/regulatory compliance, global clinical trials, dispute resolution. WorkSetup: office-based with minimal travel (~5%).
