Market Access
Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of pricing and contracting strategies for pre-launch and in-market brands aligned with commercial goals
- Lead creation of business cases to secure approval for major contracting initiatives
- Monitor market dynamics, policy changes, and competitor pricing to inform recommendations and maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, and others to refine strategies and ensure commercialization and profitability
- Support the Payer Team during customer engagements and negotiations as needed
- Provide pricing and reimbursement insights to evaluate U.S. policy and legislative developments
- Partner with Finance on quarterly close, including discount forecasting, GTN analytics, and utilization by contract segment
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing/contracting processes, tools, and governance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies related to pricing, contracting, and market access

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting
- 10+ years biotech/pharma industry experience; 5+ years in Market Access, Contracts & Pricing, or related functions
- Extensive experience building and executing pricing and contracting strategies
- Deep expertise in pricing/contracting analytics (including GTN forecasting and modeling)
- Proven contract proposal development (financial modeling, ROI, GTN implications) and negotiation strategy capability
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical contract administration systems and reporting across payer, provider, government, specialty pharmacy, and distribution channels
- Expert knowledge of pharmacy benefits (Medicare FFS/Managed Care, Medicaid, VA/DoD, 340B)
- Subject-matter expertise in Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Travel as needed

Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA or related)
- Passion for science-driven storytelling and RNAi mission
