Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal compliance investigations (routine to complex); develop and execute investigation plans; interview witnesses.
- Manage global investigations firms and/or outside counsel for interviews and evidence collection/review.
- Research, collect, and analyze large data sets (per privacy laws); identify issues, draw conclusions; prepare timely written reports.
- Develop expertise in high-risk international geographies and/or U.S. subject areas to support investigations.
- Assist with management and development of more junior team members.
- Collaborate with risk and monitoring functions to analyze investigation analytics.
- Prepare written/oral summaries and presentations for business colleagues (including executives) and HR.
- Present investigation findings to stakeholders/senior leadership.
- Partner/liaise with HR/Employee Relations, Corporate Security, Law Department and external counsel, Cybersecurity, and Quality.
- Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years investigative/legal/compliance experience (law firm, in-house, forensic/consulting, or government); prior in-house pharma experience preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with pharmaceutical industry laws (e.g., HCP interactions, FDCA, AKS, FCPA, FCA, GMP, GCP).
- Strong judgment/objectivity; root cause identification; systematic decision-making.
- Proven investigation/project management across planning, data collection/review/analysis, interviews, documentation, and drafting findings/conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels and external counsel; ability to discuss/debate topics with senior leadership.
- Leads by example in cultivating a culture of compliance; strong confidentiality.
