Director, Compliance

Role: Lead the development and operationalization of Mineralys' compliance program, focusing on adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards. Responsibilities: build, refine, and maintain policies, procedures, and training; manage HCP engagement programs ensuring FMV compliance; support risk assessments and investigations; lead strategic compliance initiatives; stay informed on emerging regulatory topics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in pharmaceutical compliance with significant experience building or enhancing compliance programs; expertise in policies, HCP engagement, risk assessment, and regulatory guidance; professional certifications (CHC, CCEP) preferred.
