The Director, Commercial Training & Capabilities will lead the development of the commercial field training function, including a Commercial Training strategy, and create/deliver scientific, product, and disease-state educational resources across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Build a long-term strategic vision for long-term learning and functional training
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions
- Implement a communication strategy for training resources and support
- Develop and execute innovative, efficient, effective training delivery
- Develop training strategies to enhance virtual customer and HCP engagement
- Oversee planning/execution of national and regional training meetings with cross-functional leads and senior leadership
- Establish metrics to track and communicate training impact and value
- Ensure training materials/communications follow the promotional review process SOP
- Submit materials through MLR software systems
- Implement consultative selling models

Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company (preferred)
- 3–5+ years as a commercial trainer in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Experience developing/facilitating comprehensive training programs for rare disease commercial teams
- PharmD/PhD preferred; otherwise, ability to assimilate, comprehend, and communicate complex gene therapy/RNA concepts is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders
- Superior organization, attention to detail, prioritization, deadline management, problem-solving, analytical ability, multitasking
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Sense of urgency/efficiency/attention to detail; program ownership and commitment delivery
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage

- Targeted salary range: $185,600–$232,000/year. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
