Director - Commercial Systems, Data Management & Governance

Role: Lead the development and management of Alumis' commercial data environment to support decision-making and AI integration. Responsibilities: oversee data integration from multiple sources (CRM, claims, specialty pharmacy, etc.), establish data governance frameworks, design and implement a cloud-based data management system, and develop a trusted 'golden record' for customer data. Lead the adoption of AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning within the commercial organization, ensuring best practices and governance. Collaborate closely with IT, legal, and commercial teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and effective system training. Requirements: 10+ years in commercial data strategy within biopharma, with experience in data warehouses, CRM, MDM, BI, AI, and omnichannel systems; prior biotech launch experience; deep knowledge of data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management; proven leadership and influencing skills; excellent communication. Preferred: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. High-Value: Focus on biopharma commercial data ecosystems, AI/ML implementation, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with emerging biotech product launches.
