Director, Commercial Operations Process & Orchestration
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and improvement of commercial operations workflows across the RPT value chain.
- Define processes for treatment site onboarding, patient services hub, ordering, scheduling, distribution visibility, issue management, and customer support.
- Translate business needs into process flows, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria for IT and vendor partners.
- Represent Commercial Operations in system and process governance discussions.
- Partner with IT and vendors to ensure tools/platforms support business needs and are fit for purpose.
- Prioritize requirements/enhancements based on launch needs, customer impact, operational risk, and business value.
- Ensure new workflows/tools/system changes are tested, adopted, and accepted before release.
- Drive cross-functional launch readiness with Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Market Access, Patient Services, IT, and external partners.
- Identify process gaps/handoff issues/customer pain points/risks; drive resolution via ownership and escalation.
- Improve visibility across ordering, fulfillment, routing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Drive user adoption via training, communication, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Track metrics (cycle times, reliability, adoption, customer experience, issue resolution, data quality).

Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years biopharma experience in commercial operations/launch readiness/business process design/customer ops/supply chain/patient services/cross-functional ops.
- Oncology launch experience required; advanced modalities (RPT, cell therapy, gene therapy, specialty products) preferred.
- Strong cross-functional process leadership across commercial/medical/supply chain/manufacturing/IT/external partners.
- Experience with operational systems and customer portals; ordering/scheduling tools/dashboards/data-enabled workflows with IT.
- Ability to translate needs into process flows, requirements, priorities, user stories, and success metrics.
