Director, Commercial IT Systems

Role: Director of Commercial Systems responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy that supports Praxys' commercial launch and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include owning the systems roadmap, translating business priorities into technology investments, managing delivery and adoption of enterprise applications (such as CRM, commercial data platforms), and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Market Access. The role involves vendor management, budget oversight, system integration, and ensuring launch readiness through change management and training. Qualifications: over 10 years in commercial technology within pharma or biotech, with experience supporting product launches and expansion. Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), commercial workflows, data flows, and cloud integration. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical fluency are required. Preferred: experience in CNS or neurological disorders, familiarity with regulatory considerations, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position is remote with willingness to travel as needed, reporting to the VP of IT, and involves strategic planning, operational execution, and ensuring high system adoption to enable commercial success.
