Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build the Revenue Engine: Develop first patient-based โtop-down/bottom-upโ revenue models.
- Launch Strategy & Spend: Lead FP&A planning for the Commercial build-out Gross-to-Net (GTN) Framework; establish initial FP&A model and forecasting for rebates, chargebacks, and co-pay assistance.
- Market Access Partnership: Partner with the Access team to model scenarios for payer contracting, Medicaid/Medicare mandates, and 340B impact.
- Forecast Management: Provide the C-suite clear visibility into revenue projections vs. actuals to support sales performance.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelorโs in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience/Requirements:
- 8โ12 years in Finance/Accounting with heavy emphasis on biotech launch readiness (Phase III to shelf experience).
- โStartupโ mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and building spreadsheets/processes from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of US drug pricing, buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy models, and GTN accrual methodology.
- Ability to push back on Commercial leadership with data-driven, ROI-focused spend discipline.
