Brief Description
- Lead forecasting activities and related business processes for Jazzβs sleep franchise, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, communicate, and sustain a clear perspective on commercial potential, investments, and resource allocation.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Independently lead high-impact, complex forecasting initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Own end-to-end scenario-based forecasting (ranges and sensitivities) for operational and long-term planning; identify uncertainties, value drivers, and risks; synthesize outcomes for senior leadership.
- Develop and govern forecasting and P&L models for marketed products and global pipeline programs, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with enterprise assumptions.
- Influence decisions in a matrixed organization across Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, Data Science, and Finance.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics, New Product Planning, and Competitive Intelligence to define key business questions and deliver actionable outputs.
- Deliver executive-ready strategic analytics (visualizations and narratives) supporting global brand/molecule strategies.
- Contribute to corporate strategy initiatives and special projects as an analytics and brand-performance expert.
- Maintain and evolve product factbooks with key trends and performance/business dynamics.
- Lead SOX compliance and audit activities related to forecasting/financial reporting.
- Ensure transparent, timely communication of forecasts, assumptions, methodologies, risks, and implications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10+ years in commercial forecasting, insights & analytics, financial planning, or management consulting in biopharma (neuroscience focus preferred).
- Advanced Excel-based modeling; scenario planning; market/disease/product forecasting expertise.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership/process development, project management, and communication/influence skills.
Required/Preferred Education
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable to role)
- US base pay range: $188,000.00β$282,000.00; may include bonus/incentive and equity; benefits may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and flexible paid vacation.
