Essential Functions
- Lead brand-level performance tracking across commercial initiatives; identify risk, opportunity, and ROI.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks; integrate insights into business planning, KPI tracking, and executive communications.
- Own demand forecasting for Specialty portfolio brands; support financial planning, supply chain, gross-to-net, and sales force targets.
- Partner with AI/advanced analytics teams to improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and signal detection.
- Model business drivers (pricing, contracting, patient programs, policy impacts); quantify risks/opportunities with sensitivity analyses.
- Integrate multiple data sources (IQVIA Xponent, claims, prescriber-level, patient journeys, Coverage/expenses, program activity, CRM) to generate holistic insights.
- Enable self-service analytics (training/onboarding); develop scalable reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (Required).
- 8+ years in Pharmaceutical Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Strategy.
- Deep knowledge of pharma data ecosystems; expertise in forecasting and commercial modeling (incl. gross-to-net).
- Advanced SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Experience partnering with Brand, Sales, Market Access, and Finance teams.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable in posting)
- Base salary: $180,000β$205,000 per year; short-term incentive within first 12 months; 401(k) matching contribution.
