Director, Commercial AI Orchestration Architect

Role: Director, Agentic Commercial Orchestration Architect, leading the technical design and development of BMS's enterprise customer engagement orchestration platform. Responsibilities: own end-to-end architecture, define how customer signals, content, and channel data integrate; establish standards, decisioning models, and operational guardrails; ensure platform scalability, compliance, explainability, and sustainability; lead knowledge transfer and avoid vendor lock-in. Requirements: proven experience designing production-grade omnichannel orchestration, multi-agent architecture, and decisioning systems; hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen; strong knowledge of AI/ML decisioning methods, enterprise integrations, and security protocols. Preferred: experience with MLOps, LLMs, CI/CD, and enterprise data contracts.
