Responsibilities: manage trial accruals, contracts, and vendor relationships; partner with Clinical Operations, Development, and Accounting to provide financial insights and support decision-making; oversee audit readiness and improve financial systems and controls. Qualifications: over 10 years of finance experience, with 7+ years supporting clinical trials in biotech/pharma; strong expertise in GAAP, SOX, accrual accounting, and clinical financial management; proven leadership and team-building skills; advanced financial modeling and analysis proficiency; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, CPA or MBA preferred. High-Value: supports global clinical trials in biotech, with a focus on clinical development and finance governance; experience with multi-currency management and financial systems like NetSuite is preferred. Collaboration: works closely with Clinical Operations, Development, FP&A, and external vendors, reporting to the Executive Director, FP&A.
