Director, Clinical Systems & Data Management

Role: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of clinical systems and data capabilities supporting Praxis's clinical development and study operations. Responsibilities: oversee clinical data engineering, platform architecture, system delivery, validation, and vendor management; drive integration of clinical workflows into scalable, governed data products and analytics; partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Data & Analytics, Quality, Regulatory) to enhance system reliability, usability, and scalability; and promote AI-enabled tools for decision-making. Requirements: 10+ years in clinical systems, data platforms, or related fields supporting pharma/biotech research; deep understanding of clinical data architecture, cloud platforms, GxP validation, and data integrity; proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors; strong technical fluency across APIs, data flows, and analytics tools; ability to translate clinical priorities into practical roadmaps and outcomes; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High-value: support for clinical development in regulated environments, emphasis on data governance, validation, and operational resilience, with a focus on biopharma R&D workflows. Work setup: remote with flexibility to travel as needed.
