Director - Clinical Design Physician - Cardiometabolic Health

Role: Medical Lead on a cross-functional Clinical Design team, responsible for translating therapeutic strategy into clinical development programs and trial options. Responsibilities: develop and refine study protocols, advise on trial design features impacting speed and efficiency, contribute to asset strategy, and support clinical trial execution including patient recruitment and diversity initiatives. Also, lead scientific data dissemination and foster external collaborations. Requirements: MD or DO, board eligibility or certification in relevant specialty, with at least 3 years of industry experience in clinical trial design, safety, and regulatory standards. Preferred: leadership in key development phases (proof of concept, dose-ranging, registration); expertise in Diabetes comorbidities; board certification in cardiology, obesity, nephrology, or hepatology; experience with decentralized trials and diverse populations.
