Purpose Of Role And Responsibilities
- Generate insights and transfer knowledge on environmental trends, policy, and channel dynamics into company/brand strategies.
- Contribute to in-line and pipeline access strategies; align across Executive Leadership, USMAx, Payer Strategy, Pipeline Strategy, Brand Teams, and External Affairs.
- Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Pipeline, Trade, and Account teams to ensure actionable channel deliverables and pull-through recommendations.
- Partner with Payer Strategy on prioritized strategic brand projects.
- Consult with Pipeline and Business Development to inform licensing/acquisition based on channel dynamics.
- Work with USMAx leadership and partners (Government/Pubic Affairs, Strategy Development, IRA Center of Excellence) to incorporate USMAx perspective and influence policy externally.
- Orchestrate project work across internal teams and external partners (agencies, consultants, customers, Market Access Insights).
- Create customer connections and align with Account Management to shape customer viewpoints.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in science/business; advanced healthcare/pharmacy degree preferred (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD).
- 10+ years pharmaceutical market access, healthcare, or policy experience.
- Expertise in US access, reimbursement, pricing; understanding of payer dynamics (PBM, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
- Cross-functional experience (marketing, customer engagement/negotiation, finance, regulatory, R&D, medical, HEOR).
- Strong communication/storytelling and executive presence; stakeholder relationship building.
