Responsibilities:
- Lead global change management strategy and execution for Quality Management and Digital, including planning, readiness, stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, and sustainment.
- Develop and deploy change tools, leader resources, education, and communication approaches to support adoption of strategic programs.
- Own and advance the Quality Culture program (behaviors, mechanisms, campaigns, metrics) reinforcing the IM Quality Mindset.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen employee experience, engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and execute enterprise-level Quality capability strategies aligned to long-term IM Quality & Compliance priorities.
- Represent IM Quality Systems in enterprise transformation, culture, engagement, and capability forums.
- Lead special projects advancing IM Quality strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture evolution, and leadership decision-making.
- Provide insights, dashboards, decision materials, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of experience in change management, communications, program management, organizational effectiveness, transformation leadership, or related.
- Experience leading large-scale change/culture/capability-building in a complex global organization.
- Strong change management methodologies; communication planning; stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strategic thinking, facilitation, coaching, communication/presentation, and execution skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- People management experience leading global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or related).
- PROSCI/ACMP certification.
- Regulated industry experience (pharma/healthcare/medical technology).
- Enterprise-scale experience shaping culture/engagement/continuous improvement.

Additional:
- Travel up to 10%; expected to lead global teams and manage direct reports.
