Director, Change Management, Learning and Culture (Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance)

Role Location: Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or Horsham, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global change management strategy and execution for Quality Management and Digital (planning, readiness, stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, sustainment).
- Develop and deploy change tools, leader resources, education, and communications to support adoption of strategic programs.
- Own and advance the Quality Culture program (behaviors, mechanisms, campaigns, metrics reinforcing the IM Quality Mindset).
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen employee experience, engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and execute enterprise-level Quality capability strategies aligned to long-term IM Quality & Compliance priorities.
- Represent IM Quality Systems in enterprise transformation, culture, engagement, and capability forums.
- Lead special projects to advance IM Quality strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture evolution, and leadership decision-making.
- Provide insights, dashboards, decision materials, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 12+ years in change management, communications, program management, organizational effectiveness, transformation leadership, or related.
- Experience leading large-scale change/culture/capability-building in complex global organizations.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, organizational development, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
- People management experience leading global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Masterโ€™s in Organizational Development/Communications).
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).
- Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare/medical technology or other regulated industry.
- Enterprise-scale experience shaping culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
