Role: Strategic partner to the CEO, focusing on shaping and executing the company's strategic agenda, operating as a force multiplier for leadership and aligning cross-functional priorities. Responsibilities: lead strategy development, manage LT operations, prepare senior leadership and board materials, drive high-priority projects, and optimize decision-making processes; utilize AI tools for analysis and documentation. Requirements: 3-6 years at top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with healthcare, pharma, or biotech focus; 1-2 years industry experience in pharma/biotech (strategy, commercial, medical); fluent in English and Mandarin; strong problem-solving, communication, and scientific understanding (life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, bioengineering); advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MS) or MBA; exposure to oncology, hematology, or cell therapy; experience with global markets; leadership in strategy or transformation projects. High-Value: biotech with focus on cell therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T, NK), strategic leadership, cross-regional coordination (US/China), and AI-enabled decision-making. WorkSetup: On-site 3-4 days/week in Bridgewater, NJ, with some travel; trajectory toward commercial leadership after 3+ years.
