Job Summary
In this role, you will help define and deliver short- and long-term financial planning goals, including key value drivers and business KPIs, and provide strategic decision support with C4T leadership. You will partner with leadership on financial strategy, modeling, analytics, scenario planning, forecasts, and recommendations to support business decisions for a growing pipeline, including integration with Business Development and Alliance Management.

Your Role
- Lead Long-Range Planning, Annual Operating Plan, and Quarterly forecasting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to support budgets and investment planning for strategic initiatives
- Deliver reporting packages and financial analysis for senior management, Executive Committee, Business Development, and Board presentations using KPIs, metrics, and variance analysis
- Own financial analytics and variance analysis for decision support
- Develop calendars/timelines, standard templates, and communications to align activities and drive accountability
- Serve as liaison between FP&A and controllership, operations, investor relations, and business development to integrate planning and support
- Support design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems/processes (e.g., EPM/ERP), focused on automation and standardization
- Work with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing on processes to track/assess vendors
- Define and anticipate risks/opportunities and propose solutions to decision makers

Your Background
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in finance and accounting with biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Track record in financial modeling/analytics to drive business decisions
- In-depth understanding of GAAP and financial statement reporting
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans; influence and build consensus across diverse groups
- Strong technical proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools)

Preferred:
- MBA/CPA or other relevant advanced degree/certification
- Familiarity with AI solutions for FP&A, financial modeling, and financial analysis

Compensation
- Base pay range: $214,779–$237,388 annually (varies by knowledge, skills, and experience).
