Director, Business Development

Role: Director of Business Development for Ceva Animal Health, overseeing North American external growth and innovation deals from qualification to close. Responsibilities: source, evaluate, and execute in-licensing, partnerships, acquisitions, and distribution arrangements across all major animal species; manage a pipeline of opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance); lead negotiations, structure deals, and ensure seamless transition to operational teams; maintain market intelligence; report deal status to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, life sciences, or finance; 10+ years in business or corporate development with proven deal-closing experience; animal health or biotech industry experience preferred. High-Value: animal health, pharma, biotech sectors; cross-functional deal management; negotiations; international travel (~30-40%). WorkSetup: hybrid in-office/remote; travel as needed.
