Job Summary

The Director, Tirabrutinib Brand Lead, will drive OPUS’ marketing and brand strategy, develop and manage brand and launch plans for the US market, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute brand strategy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US marketing strategy, including brand strategy plans, launch plans, and key sales messages.
• Manage brand performance, budget, and engagement with external partners.
• Work within corporate and industry compliance guidelines and support process improvement.
• Develop an omni-channel engagement strategy and innovative digital tactics.
• Hire, retain, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership.
• Expected business travel: 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in business or life science.
• 12+ years’ experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or commercial development in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
• US marketing and launch experience required; oncology brand experience preferred.
• MBA or Graduate degree in Life Science preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Veeva CRM.
