Role: Director, BPM Evidence Publications CVRM (Publications Lead), responsible for developing and executing strategic publication plans for global clinical registration studies and non-clinical sources (HEOR, epidemiology, RWE). Objectives include ensuring high-quality, compliant scientific communications using advanced analytics and AI tools, and fostering collaborations with internal teams, external experts, journals, and regional affiliates to support healthcare professionals, payers, and patients. Responsibilities encompass strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight, and managing cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a scientific discipline, 5+ years in medical communications or publications, experience in drug development and project management, with working knowledge of AI/LLMs. Preferred: postgraduate degree, global/cross-cultural experience, AI workflow design, CMPP certification, and expertise in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic therapies.
