Role Summary

Director, ATTR Insights, Analytics, and Forecasting role focused on the generation and execution of insights, analytics, and forecasting to support the ATTR Global Commercial Planning initiative and commercialization of Intelliaβ€šΓ„Γ΄s ATTR therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key stakeholder for the ATTR cross-functional program team, ensuring a single source of truth to drive strategic planning decisions
  • Represent and act as the day-to-day interface for Commercial Insights, Analytics and Forecasting with the cross-functional ATTR program team
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive insights generation plan to support the ATTR Global Commercial Planning efforts
  • Support the development of country-level business case assessments to evaluate geographic expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate and leverage established and growing Commercial I&A / forecasting capabilities and best practices
  • Design and execute primary market research addressing key business questions and insights into the ATTR market and launch planning
  • Develop and refine ATTR commercial forecast models, including market-based models to forecast uptake and market evolution of competitors
  • Support scenario planning by modeling the impact of internal and external factors; maintain and document forecast models
  • Partner with the supply chain to support SOP processes for manufacturing and inventory management
  • Integrate ATTR insights using predictive analytical models to provide actionable insights, opportunities, risks, and strategic assessments
  • Mine and synthesize data to understand patient/customer journeys, therapy utilization, and market landscape
  • Monitor and communicate ATTR market, environmental, and competitive activity to provide proactive analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales and operations to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, alignment, call planning, and resource allocation
  • Ensure systems capture and process necessary data to facilitate analytics
  • Contribute to the Commercial planning and budgeting process with timely input
  • Be an active member of the Commercial Insights, Analytics and Forecasting team and pivot to support across the portfolio as the organization matures

Qualifications

  • Ability to generate insights, define KPIs, and leverage predictive models; communicate insights to leadership
  • Strong presentation skills for Senior Leadership
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; strong interpersonal skills

  • Organized, flexible to change direction
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field
  • 7β€šΓ„Γ¬10 years in life science industry or relevant consulting
  • 5β€šΓ„Γ¬7 years direct experience in forecasting and insights generation
  • Experience in cell/gene therapy, rare disease, and/or cardiovascular; commercial launch experience
  • Proven cross-functional partnership in a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical primary and secondary data sources, including claims data
  • Advanced analytical techniques for strategic issues with proven product launch impact
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics deployment in patient analytics and AI scope

Education

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field
