Director, Analytics & CRM

Role: The Director, Analytics & CRM, leads business analytics and strategic insights to support uniQure's commercial and medical objectives, with a focus on data-driven decision-making in gene therapy contexts. Responsibilities include leveraging data analytics tools for market, product, and competitive insights; managing Veeva CRM platform and integrating it with other data sources; developing dashboards and performing ad hoc analyses; advising on data strategy, infrastructure, and sourcing; and leading a team of analytics professionals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and IT teams to optimize launch performance, patient access strategies, and KPI tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 10+ years in data analytics within pharma/biotech, with experience in rare disease or gene therapy preferred; deep expertise in pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva), proficiency in SQL/Python, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
