Director, Alliance Management

Role: Associate Director/Director, Alliance Management, leading strategic collaborations in biopharma, with a focus on maximizing partnership value across research, development, licensing, and commercialization activities. Responsibilities include managing joint governance bodies, ensuring contractual and financial compliance, developing alliance strategies, facilitating issue resolution, and monitoring partnership performance with KPIs. Requirements: Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or equivalent), 6-10+ years of alliance management experience within the biotech/pharma industry, including complex research or clinical collaborations; experience in oncology or rare diseases preferred.
