Director, Alliance Management

Role: Director of Alliance Management overseeing external partnerships for Summit’s oncology clinical programs, including Phase 3 studies in NSCLC and colorectal cancer with investigational therapies such as ivonescimab. Responsibilities: lead alliance governance, relationship management, milestone tracking, strategic integration, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement; ensure collaboration aligns with program and company objectives; prepare executive updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in oncology biopharma, with extensive experience in alliance management, late-stage drug development, and external collaboration; strong understanding of clinical trial processes, oncology platforms, and global commercial landscape; proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, Master’s), experience with technology tools like Smartsheets or MS Project, excellent communication skills, ability to handle fast-paced environment and global virtual meetings; willingness to travel to partner sites and meetings. High-Value: leadership in oncology drug collaborations, managing multi-program alliances, working with investigational therapies in Phase 3, covering clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects across regions. Work Setup: primarily office-based with some travel.
