Job Title: Director, AI Strategy & Transformation (New Brunswick, NJ)

Responsibilities:
- Shape and accelerate enterprise AI/data agenda; partner with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Identify strategic AI opportunities; drive cross-functional initiatives; establish governance and operating models.
- Support JJAIC and JJDMC alignment, decision-making, and execution; partner with both councilsโ€™ co-chairs.
- Connect with sector/function teams to prioritize AI/data value for the enterprise.
- Facilitate sprint/workstream sessions; manage sprint portfolio (launch, close, guide leads).
- Monitor industry trends; translate insights into strategies and operational improvements.
- Advise leaders on AI priorities, opportunities, risks, and operating models; create executive communications (business cases, narratives, decision frameworks).
- Drive alignment across business, technology, data, legal, and governance; present metrics, progress updates, and recommendations.
- Build performance frameworks; own quarterly data quality index governance.
- Lead council activities and steering committee sessions; facilitate recurring meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in consulting/corporate strategy/enterprise transformation/Chief of Staff/strategic planning (strongly preferred).
- Experience advising senior executives; leading change management; translating strategy to measurable plans/metrics.
- Familiarity with AI and generative AI trends.

Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Strategy development, operational excellence, change management, program/project & stakeholder management, facilitation, communication.
- Matrix leadership, executive influence, AI/generative AI, industry analysis, financial acumen.
