Director, AI Strategy & Transformation (on-site in New Brunswick, NJ)
Responsibilities:
- Shape and accelerate Johnson & Johnsonโs enterprise AI and data agenda.
- Partner with senior executives and AI/business stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and measurable outcomes.
- Define and prioritize AI/data initiatives through the AI Council (JJAIC) and Data Management Council (JJDMC).
- Facilitate cross-functional sprint/workstream sessions; manage the sprint portfolio (launch/close and support leads).
- Monitor industry trends; translate insights into strategies and operational improvements.
- Advise leadership on AI priorities, opportunities, risks, and operating models; develop executive communications/business cases.
- Align business, technology, data, legal, and governance stakeholders; track progress, risks, and interdependencies.
- Establish performance/operating frameworks; own quarterly data quality index governance.
- Drive council/executive engagement and steering committee sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, Chief of staff, or strategic planning (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI and generative AI trends; strong ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Proven strategy, project management, process improvement, enterprise execution, and financial acumen.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated base pay range: $150,000โ$258,750.
