Director, AI Platform Product Management

Role: Lead product management for an enterprise AI platform, owning its full lifecycle from discovery to measurable outcomes at a global scale. The primary objective is to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for a greenfield, AI-native platform supporting AI agent teams, integrating evolving governance, risk, privacy, and security requirements into product capabilities. Responsibilities include defining platform boundaries, gating, evidence requirements, and driving adoption among technical teams; prioritizing initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact; partnering with cross-functional teams across engineering, legal, compliance, and security; and managing a multi-year product investment (~$5M). Key qualifications encompass 8+ years in product management or related fields, with experience in AI-enabled products, agent tooling, and translating governance into product features, particularly in regulated environments. Experience leading cross-functional teams, working in large enterprise settings, and navigating GxP or compliance-sensitive contexts is essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or master’s degree, healthcare or life sciences industry experience, and exposure to responsible AI or model risk practices. The role is based on-premise with potential relocation support, requiring U.S. work authorization. The position involves significant strategic, technical, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on AI governance, platform adoption, and delivering solutions that address complex, evolving requirements.
