Title: Director, Advanced Analytics Architecture & Operations
Specific Duties / Job Functions
- Define and execute advanced analytics technology strategy; translate business priorities into scalable, compliant, high-value solutions.
- Set technology vision for GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives (e.g., medical imaging analytics and emerging data science capabilities).
- Lead open-source strategy for CDS: evaluate/govern open-source tools/frameworks/communities with security, compliance, sustainability, and enterprise alignment.
- Align with IT/business leaders on AI/analytics strategy: prioritization, architectural consistency, governance, and delivery.
- Provide leadership/oversight to engineering and analytics delivery teams; ensure execution, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-ready outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- BS or advanced degree in a technical/scientific/quantitative field; significant experience leading advanced analytics/data science/enterprise analytics.
- Translate complex business/clinical/scientific needs into analytics strategy and solutions.
- Integrate life sciences domain knowledge with technical judgment to influence priorities.
- Lead technical/engineering/analytics teams; set direction and drive execution through ambiguity.
- Deliver scalable, secure, compliant cloud-native analytics platforms (Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, modern engineering).
- Working knowledge of Python, relational databases, cloud data platforms, and data science enablement tools.
- Lead operationalization of AI/ML/GenAI: governance, high-value use cases, responsible/compliant adoption.
- Establish and scale MLOps (model lifecycle, deployment automation, monitoring, governance).
- Proficiency in agile.
Preferred Qualifications
- Biotech/life sciences or other regulated industry; drug development phases/clinical trials.
- ML workflows/MLOps; High Performance Compute; Databricks.
Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $226,185.00–$292,710.00; may include discretionary bonus and long-term incentives; paid time off; company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
