About The Role
Director, Access Programs on the Commercial Operations & Channel Management team. Responsible for the strategy and management of Insmed’s Patient Assistance and Copay programs, optimizing program business rules, strategic vendor management, and data insights to support patient affordability solutions. Primary business owner of affordability programs and vendors; cross-functional partnership with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product to deliver patient solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee strategic management of PAP and Copay vendor programs, including performance tracking, service level agreements, quality standards, issue resolution, and budget oversight
- Establish and maintain SOPs, documentation standards, and quality controls
- Partner with Patient Service Leads to evolve PAP/Copay operating models (workflow refinement, training, escalation processes)
- Integrate vendor data into dashboards to monitor operational metrics and track patient journey
- Translate data and marketplace trends to identify barriers, optimize workflow, strengthen vendor performance, and drive enhancements
- Ensure program scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization via continuous process improvements
- Support issue resolution, escalation management, and program audits

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including patient assistance and copay programs
- Proven affordability program experience (preferred PAP experience), including agreement management
- Strong healthcare compliance/regulatory knowledge
- Proficiency interpreting operational and patient journey data
- Patient Assistance and Copay operations expertise
- Data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking
- Effective communication to internal and external audiences

Where You’ll Work: Fully remote; occasional travel for team meetings/events.

Pay Range: $177,000.00–242,000.00 Annual
