Requirements: extensive experience in strategy realization, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and enterprise transformation; strong stakeholder management and executive advisory skills; knowledge of business strategy execution and organizational alignment. Skills: strategic thinking, change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership enablement, with proficiency in Agile environments, IT governance, and transformational initiatives. Preferred: experience in leadership facilitation, strategic impact measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
