Responsibilities:
- Foster strategic partnership with GSMG business colleagues; translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and intuitive user experiences.
- Drive strategic digital solutions across end-to-end procurement (source-to-settle) capabilities with the Data, Strategy, & Insights (DS&I) organization, including identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities.
- Design and continuously optimize the complete source-to-settle journey from requisition to payment for all user personas (employees, buyers, suppliers, approvers, procurement professionals).
- Deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences across digital touchpoints for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Cultivate strategic vendor partnership to leverage emerging platform capabilities and co-innovate procurement solutions; ensure the orchestration platform evolves to meet future needs and industry best practices.
- Partner with Risk & Compliance to enhance supplier risk digital solutions and integrations; streamline supplier risk assessment user experiences.
- Collaborate with EIT Product Line Leads and IT divisional leaders to synchronize timelines and dependencies for initiatives such as Third Party Risk or Restrictive Party Screening.
- Stay current with industry trends to identify emerging focus areas for technology enablement.
- Enforce value realization activities by prioritizing initiatives that maximize investment to achieve business outcomes.
- Communicate strategy and facilitate stakeholder buy-in for digital innovation initiatives.
- Work with technology partner architects and other IT divisions to align priorities, identify synergies, and explore cross-divisional solutions.
- Manage and coach direct/indirect reports and external partners.
- Act as a credible change agent; align investments and roadmaps with business strategy.
- Support Value Team portfolio management, including business case development and follow-up on value realization.
- Drive organizational change and cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate financial and governance reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Working knowledge of Source to Settle processes (sourcing, contracting, risk, compliance, supplier management, purchase orders, and invoice & payments).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in large, complex IT projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to guide investment decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; can integrate, summarize, and tailor messages to different audiences including senior leaders.
- Strong results orientation with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Curiosity to analyze trends and stay innovative.
Preferred:
- Experience/training developing KPIs and OKRs in the product model.
- Hands-on product delivery experience with a track record of results.
- Experience with business functions such as Facilities Management, Site Security, Travel, Meetings, and Employee Expense.
