Dir, Patient Intelligence Lead

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive patient analytics models and products across key patient journey milestones.
- Architect and build scalable, modular analytics capabilities deployable across multiple brands (not bespoke analyses).
- Translate predictive models into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights for commercial, marketing, and access stakeholders.
- Partner with Commercial Technology & Solutions, Market Engagement, Commercial AI Capabilities, Patient CoE, and Brand teams to ensure data infrastructure, governance, and quality.
- Build and mentor a high-performing analytics function; establish best practices for patient analytics.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
- 10+ years in advanced analytics/data science/predictive modeling in pharma/healthcare or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with patient-level healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx/fulfillment).
- Proven ability to productize analytics into scalable, repeatable data products/modular capabilities.
- Strong data visualization and ability to communicate recommendations to non-technical leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership managing technical resources and driving cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- MS/PhD in Data Science/Statistics or related.
- Expertise in ML/AI for patient behavior and commercial healthcare analytics.
- Experience in agile product teams with product managers and engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud data environments and modern data architecture (AWS, GCP).
